Cancellation Plan

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your appointment. Likewise, if you fail to turn up to a treatment you will be charged the full treatment price.
