Vouchers & Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to someone else. If they are lost or stolen unfortunately we cannot refund or replace them. So do make sure the person you're giving it to keeps good care of it!

Redeeming Gift Vouchers & Certificates

Please let us know when booking if you have a gift voucher or certificate, as well as telling us what type it is. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure the booking. Please keep note of your booking reference number. Don't forget to send the gift voucher or certificate to us within 5 working days of the booking being made.
